3D manufacturing venture

Solución3D

Reverse engineering and on-demand 3D manufacturing: I recreate parts you can no longer find on the market.

The problem

A lot of plastic parts —from appliances, cars, machines— break and are no longer manufactured. Replacing the whole device is expensive and wastes material, when often recreating a single part is enough.

How I solved it

I model the part in CAD (Fusion 360, Blender), often by reverse-engineering it from the broken part or a scan, and print it in the right material (PLA, PETG, TPU). The site shows interactive 3D models, built with Three.js, so the client can rotate and inspect them before ordering.

Key features

Reverse engineering

I recreate discontinued parts from the broken original, measurements or a 3D scan.

Custom CAD design

Custom parts and prototypes in Fusion 360 and Blender for clients and companies.

Multi-material printing

Production in PLA, PETG or TPU depending on each part's strength and use.

Interactive 3D viewer

Models rotate in the browser (Three.js) before you commission the print.
