A single platform to manage orders, delivery, billing and team — with sales channels and payments built in.
The problem
Shops ran their sales across Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp and several platforms at once (MercadoLibre, their own web store, the counter). Data lived duplicated and disconnected: orders got lost, stock never added up and there was zero visibility into the day. Each payment channel, on top of that, was a separate system.
How I solved it
I built TuPlanilla as a single hub that connects every sales channel and payment processor in one dashboard, plus a mobile app so the delivery team works in real time. The web platform is built in React on a Python backend (deployed on Render), and the courier app in Flutter — from the sale to the delivery, everything is logged in the same place.
